These Terms govern your use of iPrepGenius. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using iPrepGenius on behalf of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian (or an authorized educator).
The service
iPrepGenius provides AI-personalized practice questions, mock exams, progress tracking, and parent reports for various US & Canadian assessments. Content is created to help students prepare; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official test publisher.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including child profiles you create.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access other users' data, scraping or bulk-extracting content, reselling access, or interfering with the platform's operation.
Subscriptions, trials & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor.
- Free trials convert to paid plans only if you choose to subscribe; we will make renewal terms clear before any charge.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. We aim to make cancellation simple and reminder emails honest.
Content & practice materials
Practice questions are original, created or generated to resemble the skills and formats that assessments measure. We do not reproduce copyrighted, secured test items. Materials are for personal, non-commercial study use.
Disclaimers
iPrepGenius is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular test score or admissions outcome. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPrepGenius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
